Cloverdale Terry Fox Run raises $13,000

The Cloverdale Terry Fox Run on September 18 raised over $13,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation, in spite of smaller attendance this year. 150 people participated compared to 301 in 2010. Part of the reason was no doubt the weather, which was threatening rain.

Lord Tweedsmuir weightlifters are the best in B.C.
The school’s team won the recent B.C. High School Weightlifting Championships, held at Universal Fitness in Surrey, and broke some records in the process.
