Why do I need a password?

The purpose of the password is to protect your ad from being changed or deleted by other people. Without password protection, a prankster could change or delete any ad. You will be asked to enter your password if you want to change your ad, and when you remove your ad.

What if I forget my password?

You may enter a "Password Reminder" to help you remember your password. If you enter an incorrect password, we will display this reminder. Do not use a reminder that other people will know like "Who is the Prime Minister?". Instead, choose a password and reminder that only you will know like "Where was I born?" or "What is my middle name?".

Are passwords case sensitive?

Yes, passwords are case sensitive, for example, "CLOVER" and "clover" are two different passwords.

Can I use numbers?

Yes, you can use any combination of letters and numbers. The maximum length of a password is 20 characters.
